This behavior already violated Taiwan Road and Traffic Regulation and Kun Shan University Student Reward and Penalty Rules. The case also had been transferred to the court. The student receives one major demerit after reviewing and voting by KSU Students Rewards and Disciplinary Reviewing Committee. Students must serve as an example for self-discipline.
