Course Introduction

 

  • Management

    This curriculum introduced the management study elementary theory of and an English management document grinds analyzes, the content including the management introductory remarks, the plan theory, the organization theory, the leader theory and the control theory, and alternates native place document showing and the application in each chapter, so that the student theory and the solid service all can have a concept.

 

  • Calculus

    Introducing our nation's civil law and the regulations, analyzing questions of the civil law in real life, and the related rights and obligations.

 

  • Market analyses and Prediction

    Introduce the analysis methodology of real estate market and the prediction of market potential.

 

  • Statistics

    This curriculum will help students know how to collect and analysis data. Students can therefore apply those statistical methods to other areas and solve most decision problems. The main contents include probability, probability distributions, hypotheses and tests, regression analysis, and analysis of variance.

 

  • Land Law

    For today』s students, the necessary skills include the ability to recognize opportunities, formulate appropriate models, obtain data, and communicate and implement the results. This curriculum will conclude regression analysis, analysis of variance, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and determinant analysis.

 

  • Law of construction

    This course provides the knowledge including the following items:

    1. How to know the law limits of land development.
    2. How to estimate the floor area of one site.
    3. How to apply a license of building construction
  • Land Economics

    Applying economic theories and analytic methods to search for the best use of land for the most economical efficiency.

 

  • Urban & Regional Planning

    This curriculum will help students know what is urban planning and regional planning in the structure of plan system. The contents of this curriculum include the law of urban plan and regional plan, planning theory and practice.

 

  • Land Development & Control

    This curriculum introduces about the norm of land development and control in Taiwan, and about different method of the foreign land development and control. The contents of this curriculum include the character of land market, land development and control, and the foreign about the theory and application of land development and control.

 

  • Real Estate Management

    The purpose of course learns about enterprising how to manage real estate. The content of management includes production, property and operation of corporation.

 

  • Urban Renewal

    The context of the curriculum is about the theories and practice operation of urban renewal.

 

  • Real Estate Investment

    Introduce the concepts of real estate investment and employ financial methods to make investment decisions.

 

  • Practice of Land Development

    Through the operations of practical case study, the curriculum intends to make students comprehend the context of practical land development programming.

The main contents of this curriculum include location decisions of retailers, management strategies of retailers, revitalization of streets, and operations of business.

 

  • Real Estate Marketing case studying

    This curriculum chooses comparatively representative or characteristic real estate sale cases, participates in the discussion in the classroom with the students, carries out the teaching goal which the theory and the practical parts.

 

  • Builder & Land Developers Accounting

    This course is designed for students learning builder & land developers accounting. The details includes: the foundational concepts of accounting principles and the recording process, the laws of real estate taxes, financial statement analysis and case study.

 

  • Real Estate Brokerage

    This course is designed for students learning real estate brokerage. The details includes: the principal-broker relationship as it relates to employment, listing agreements, compensation of real estate brokers, theories of agency relationships and the laws of agency.

    Introducing students to recognize architectural essentials, styles, developmental history, and relationship between architecture and city.

  • Real Estate Action (Lawsuit)

    The curriculum purpose of real estate action (lawsuit) is to realize the procedure of the related statute of real estate action, the course content includes the primary principles、concepts and basic cases of Civil Procedure and Administrative Proceedings.

  • The relative Laws of Real Estate Agency

    The content of this curriculum includes the primary、elementary principles and basic cases of the Consumer Protection Code、the Act for Management of Real Estate Agency、the Act for Management of Mansion、Fair Trade Law.

  • Civil Law Seminar
