Research and teaching of the College of Information Technology cover all fields of hardware and software design, integration, application, and management of information, communications, and network. Each department/institute has its own responsibility but emphasizes the integration of teaching and research resources. The educational objective of the College is to cultivate hi-tech talents who are able to apply the modern information technology and associate with the industry to enhance the living quality of humankind. The College also lays emphasis on combination of theory and application and association with the industry so as to achieve the goal of balancing the development of academia-industry collaboration and theory teaching.
