The long term plans for this department include actively pursuing the exchange of knowledge and experience with other schools in Taiwan. This department will also seek out and establish sister school department relations with foreign schools, and give students the opportunity to study abroad, as well as improving the possibilities of faculty exchanges as well as student exchanges. The department will integrate all learning resources and equipment in order to enchance the students' learning experience. Additionally, the department will maximize the use of physical space and all training environment, and coordinate these environments with the entire university. We will continue to work closely with the entire university, with an emphasis on facilitaing research and integration at the college level. This department will actively pursue research grants from the Taiwan National Science Council. This department aims to continually research and investigate the needs of future students in order to facilitate better recruiting methods. In the future, not only will this department maximize the knowledge and skills of its faculty, it will also establish cross-department cooperation and integration, as well as mutual support, in order to establish a pragmatic, multicultural curriculum.
