The goals of this department are to draw up a flexible and fully integrated program of study which gives active support for career counseling in order to provide for the students' individual needs as well as the needs of society. In order to help students begin their careers, this department provides qualification testing, academic testing, and certifications. Furthermore, this department will provide an avenue for students to successfully test into graduate schools and improve the skills of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, negotiating and communication skills, bilingualism, English language teaching ability, international business, economics, business management theory and concepts, computer skills, and international trade knowledge and practice. The pursuit of these goals will facilitate successfully meeting the growing demands of the internationalization of trade and globalinformation technology.
