The College of Humanities is established in August 1, 2005. It is aimed at cultivating talent excellent at humanities. The College consists of the following departments and centers: Department of Applied English, Department of Early Childhood Care and Education, Center for General Education, and Center for Teacher Education. The mission of the College is, in addition to assisting in promoting affairs relevant to the above institutions, to encourage the coordination and incorporation of the resources belonging to them. Furthermore, the College is intended to actively promote the internationalization of education by holding the international conferences to interchange information with other advanced countries and to enhance our prestige and status in scholarship.
