According to the organization regulations of Kun San University and related regulations, this school set up the personnel office formally in 1983. There is one director at present, a section leader, and several staff members.
The main affairs of the Personnel Office are managing organization, appointment and dismissal, promotion, dealing with their salary scales, grade of services, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related matters.
