International Office along with other three administrative sections all belong to Research and Development Department, when it is established in February 2004. The ultimate goal of the office is to help the university achieve its globalization by carrying out international and cross-strait academic exchange and cooperative programs, maintaining alliances with sister schools, arranging visit programs for overseas guests, and assisting departments in holding international conferences or symposiums.
Many activities and programs, such as overseas study counseling or study tours, student exchange programs with sister schools, etc. are held in order to prompt students’ exposure of diversity cultures, cultivation of global view, and even the ambition of further studies abroad. Our activities have attracted many participants (students, scholars, etc.) and received much positive feedback from them.
On the planet, the office has established reciprocal relations and constant interaction with more than 50 sister schools, the number of which is growing every year.
