1.The program will commence from February 1st, 2008 to July 31st, 2009.
2.The scholarship of this program is offering for international applicants only who do not have the overseas Chinese status and Taiwanese nationalities. (Applicants holding Vietnamese nationality are strongly recommended.)
3.The applicant must have at least one bachelor degree either in Science, Engineering or Management departments. Fluent English or Chinese in speaking, reading, writing, and listening is required.
4.The application forms must be filled and submitted associated with supplementary documents listed in the appendix to the International Office of Research & Development Department at KSU before December 21st, 2007. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline specified.
